HOW DO I FIND OUT MY PRESS-ON SIZE?

By purchasing a sizing kit. You choose your preferred shape/length & once you receive it, try the blank nails on to see what numbers fit each finger, you’ll then write these numbers down for each hand separately and send me a photo.

If you don't fit any of the sizes listed on the card, you are a custom size.

Virtual sizing- I do offer the “quarter method” sizing. DM me with your order number @naileddbyymarii on instagram and I will walk you through the process. *sizing kits are strongly recommended*

Additionally, there is a sizing guide on this page to help you find your own sizes, after ordering you would email or dm me that information for each individual hand.

WHAT IF THE NAILS I PURCHASED DON'T FIT?

Sizing kits are strongly encouraged. Unfortunately due to the nail sets being handmade, no refunds or remakes of sets can be made. To make sure your nails fit perfectly, make sure to order a sizing kit in the shape/length of your choice.

DO YOU COLLAB OR WORK WITH INFLUENCERS?

No. I am not interested in giving away my art for free. If you like the nails, please support my small business by purchasing them.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TIME?

Process time varies. 
Please allow a minimum of 7 days for your order to ship.

Arrival times for international orders is 2-3 weeks, shipping is 15$.

US shipping is typically 3-5 business days.

Made To Order sets is 14-21 business days.

Refunds will only be made if there is a technical issue on my part. No exchanges.

I am not responsible for the following:

- Incorrectly sized nails 
- Lost or damaged packages (please contact carrier) 
- Wrong Address. Please be sure to double check!

Orders can be rushed for an additional 8$.

WHAT COMES WITH MY ORDER?

Every Press-On Nail order comes with a nail prep kit (buffer, file, cuticle pusher, alcohol pad), nail glue, & instructions.

HOW DO I TAKE OFF THE NAILS?

Accepted Answer

Add cuticle oil around the nail and soak in warm water for 10-15 mins. The nails should be able to peel off. If still not coming off, add more oil around nail & soak in more warm water.

HOW LONG DO THE NAILS LAST?

The nails can last you anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

That will always come down to how well you prep your natural nails & how rough you are with your hands on a daily basis. Pro tip: wear gloves when washing dishes or using chemicals, avoid soaking them in warm water for long periods and do not use your nails as tools!

CAN I REPLACE A SINGLE NAIL IF I LOSE ONE?

Yes, there is an option on the website to replace missing nails.

If it's only 1 or 2 nails that don't fit, you can always purchase a replacement nail.
